1. Make sure the LicenseCert.fmcert file is in the Downloads folder
   
2. Open FileMaker
   
3. Go to FileMaker Pro > Help > Replace FileMaker License
   
4. Choose Enter License
   
5. Choose Browse and then upload the new certificate from the Downloads folder
